Many dental clinics around Australia are owned by corporate entities, some of which are insurance companies. Very often the name of the clinic that you have been attending remains the same but is sold to a corporate with the principal dentist becoming an employee of the corporate.

We are not a shopfront for a corporate. Whatever profits are made at our clinic, stay right here in Adelaide & are spent here, in fact even more so locally as Dr Zielinski lives in the area. Spending local is good for the local economy. Corporates are often based interstate & some are even foreign, so the profits are unlikely to stay here. Corporate entities have obligations to shareholders & are run for profit with patient needs not being at the top of the list.
